Starting from the insect source control, reduce disease and base, reduce the incidence of insecticidal lamp, promotion, sex attractant, yellow trap and so on many kinds of necessary biological prevention and control measures, do less pesticide or not to fight drugs, biological control, improve the green control ratio, reduce the use of chemical pesticides; at the same time, to carry out recycling work base of pesticide packaging waste, avoid freely thrown, effective control of pesticide pollution, improve the ecological environment.
